Tethered Fate

Game Development

Tethered Fate is a 2D puzzle platformer that relies on a 2 playable character dynamic. The player swaps between a girl character and a bear character to overcome different puzzles through out the game. 

 

My tasks included:

  • Creating a throw mechanic for the girl to spawn the bear 

  • bug fixes

  • Importing Assets

  • Prototyping mechanics

  • Prototyping different 2D and 3D assets 

  • Setting up materials and 3D assets into the level 

  • Setting up the scenes and levels in Unity

  • Level building 

  • Setting the different puzzles.

  • Level testing 

  • Giving recommendations and directions to the art team

  • Serving as a bridge between the art team and development team
